Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you retain your tracking number for real-time status updates.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
